We get it. "Family-friendly" and "flexible" get thrown around so often they've lost their meaning. Here's why ours is real.

Whether you're processing commissions, leading client relationships, or building out new processes, your work directly protects millions of dollars in commissions every month for clients who count on us. The work matters, and your role in it matters.

TelePass was founded in 2012 by Colleen Passolt, a working mom who built the company so she - and the team she'd grow - could do excellent work without giving up family time. We're WBENC-certified women-owned and growing 20% year over year.

Structured onboarding. Hands-on training. Managers one Zoom call away when you're stuck. Two heads are better than one isn't a poster on the wall - it's how we operate every day.

Our culture isn’t built on buzzwords. It is built on how we show up for each other every day. What we believe shapes how we work, how we support our teammates, and how we grow together. These values are not just ideas on a page. They are lived out in real moments, real challenges, and real wins across our team.
We work hard so that when we're with our families, they come first. When your child is sick or a family emergency hits, your team has you covered no questions, no guilt. When one of our team members had a sick child recently, three colleagues volunteered to take over her work queue before she even finished asking.
We solve problems together.
A quick Zoom call turns a one hour spreadsheet struggle into a ten-minute fix. No one works in isolation here, and no one is too senior to jump on a call to help.
Commission management isn't black and white. It requires investigation, patience, and the willingness to keep digging respectfully until you find the right answer. One of our senior specialists used to dread audits and now they're her strongest skill. That's the kind of growth we're built for.
We're thankful for what we have, and we give back when we can. Colleen, our CEO, personally matches charitable donations up to $100 per employee each year, and we sponsor team-led initiatives, like the Special Olympics fundraiser one of our team members started in honor of her daughter.
All TelePass roles are W-2 employee positions with comprehensive benefits, not 1099 contractor arrangements.
Yes. TelePass has been fully remote since day one. We do bring the team together in person a couple of times each year, which is why we prefer hires located in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Northwest Indiana.
You need to be available during our core business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. Within that window, you have flexibility to adjust your schedule when life requires it.
It depends on the role. Each of our open positions lists specific experience requirements, but across every role at TelePass we look for strong Excel skills, sharp attention to detail, proactive communication, and the kind of curiosity that keeps you digging until you find the right answer. Commission management experience in telecom or tech is always a plus, but rarely a hard requirement.
Our onboarding is structured and supportive, regardless of which role you're stepping into. It typically takes about three months to fully master TelePass's monthly processes. You'll have hands-on training, detailed documentation, and managers available via Zoom whenever you need help. No one is thrown in and expected to figure it out alone.
Our W-2 team members receive 80 hours of PTO annually, a 401(k) with 3% match after one year, a $10 monthly internet stipend, and charitable donation matching up to $100 per year. Pay rates and weekly hour commitments are listed in each individual job post.
Yes - and it's intentional. We promote from within. Team members advance into senior, supervisor, and management roles as they build mastery. Several of our current leaders started in entry-level positions.
A reliable computer, stable internet, comfort with Excel, Zoom, and collaborative tools like Monday.com. You'll likely be juggling multiple client systems and email accounts in any role here, so being organized digitally matters across the board.
Yes. All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
